If you are interested in a career in chemistry, 药品, 化学工程, 或者其他科学领域, the Associate Degree in Chemistry Technology: Math Concentration is an excellent start. Completion of the degree is equivalent to the first two years of a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and allows you to make a seamless transition into a four-year program at the University of Delaware, 特拉华州立大学, 或其他高级机构.

If you are interested in immediate employment upon finishing your associate degree, you can work as a chemical technician in the chemistry, 制药, 或者工程行业.

Knowledge of chemistry is critical in areas such as biology, 化学工程, dentistry, 法医科学, 材料科学, medicine, 和药店.  If you are already working for an organization involved in any of these fields, an associate degree could provide you with opportunities for advancement.
